Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Place oysters in a baking dish. (If desired, to help the oysters sit level, you could nestle them in a bed of coarse salt.) Divide and top oysters with the teriyaki sauce mixture. Divide and top each oyster with panko. Bake for 10 minutes, or until oysters are piping hot.
Note: Panko is coarse, Japanese-style breadcrumbs. It is sold in the Asian foods aisle.
