Season kebabs with salt, then cook on a lightly oiled grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked to desired doneness. Warm pita on the grill or in the oven. Set lamb on pita; remove the wooden skewers. Arrange all other items alongside the meat. Fold the pita into a sandwich and enjoy!
