Method

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Set the tortillas on a work surface. Set a lettuce leaf or 2 on each tortilla. Divide and make a row of the salmon mixture down the centre of each tortilla. Fold the sides of each tortilla partially over the filling and then roll into a tight cylinder. Cut each tortilla in half widthwise and enjoy.
