Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the wings and toss to coat. Cover, refrigerate and marinate wings 4 hours, or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange wings on the baking sheet. Brush wings with any marinade left in the bowl; season with salt. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through and richly coloured. Arrange wings on a platter and serve.
