Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the salmon in shallow baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then spoon over fish. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and begins to slightly flake. Set the fish on plates, spoon over the pan juices, garnish with dill sprigs and lemon wedges, and serve.
