Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small roasting pan with parchment paper. Place the first 11 ingredients in a bowl and gently mix to combine. Moisten your hands with cold water and shape the meat into a log-shape about 8-inches long and 3-inches wide. Set the meatloaf in the pan. Brush the top with barbecue sauce. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until the temperature in the centre of the meatloaf reaches 160 degrees F on an instant-read meat thermometer.
When cooked, set the meatloaf on plate, tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes before serving. If you wish to serve gravy with the meatloaf, place the stock/flour mixture in a small pot and simmer a few minutes, until thickened.
