Combine the first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish. Add the fish and turn to coat. Cover and marinate at room temperature 20 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients, except oil for the grill, in a medium bowl. Refrigerate salad until needed.
When fish is marinated, heat barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high. Season fish with salt. Lightly oil the bars of the grill. Grill the fish 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through. Plate the fish and serve with salad.
