Method

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet set over high heat. Add next 5 ingredients and stir-fry 2 minutes. Gently stir in tomatoes and tofu and cook 2 minutes more. Add water and teriyaki sauce mixture and cook until a sauce forms around the vegetables.

Season with pepper and serve. Serve with steamed rice.
