Method

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and snow peas and cook 1 minute more. Mix in the remaining ingredients and fry for 4 to 5 minutes, or until well heated through.
