Combine the first 8 ingredients in a sided dish. Add the salmon and turn to coat. Cover and marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning it a couple of times as it marinates.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the salmon in a 9" x 13" baking dish lined with parchment paper. Spoon any leftover marinade overtop; season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 15 minutes, or until just cooked through. Plate, garnish with lemon slices, and serve.
