Arrange the oranges in an overlapping circular pattern on a platter. Top with the olives, red onion and oregano (can be prepared to this point a few hours in advance, covered, and stored in the fridge – warm to room temperature before dressing and serving). Drizzle the salad with the lemon juice and olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Allow the various elements in the salad to meld for 10 minutes before serving.
