Method

Make the dressing by combining the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Place the avocado and lemon juice in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Line a platter with the lettuce and arrange the orange slices over them. Top with onion and avocado. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with cilantro or mint.
