Place the strawberries, liqueur, sugar and spices in a bowl and toss to combine. Cover and let berries macerate at room temperature 30 minutes. Divide the berries among 4 decorative glasses. Top each with a dollop of crème fraiche. Garnish with mint and serve.
Note: Crème fraiche is sold in tubs in the dairy case. If desired, softly whipped cream could be used in its place.
