Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok set over medium-high. When very hot, add the onion, ginger, garlic, snow peas, snap peas and bell peppers and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the teriyaki sauce/cornstarch mixture and orange juice and cook until it forms a slightly thickened sauce, about 1 minute. Mix in the frozen peas, heat through 1 minute, and serve.
Recipe Options: For added richness, top the stir-fry with some unsalted roasted cashews. If you enjoy prawns in your stir-fry, add some to this one. To do so, buy 16 cooked, peeled prawns from our seafood department showcase. Add the prawns to the stir-fry when adding the teriyaki/cornstarch mixture. When the sauce mixture begins to thicken, the prawns will have heated through.
