Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the filling ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to combine. Spoon the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients in another bowl; sprinkle over the filling. Bake until golden brown and bubbling, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Note: Peach juice is available in the aisle other juices are sold. Orange juice could be used in its place, if desired.
