Cook noodles as per packaged directions, and then cool in cold water and drain well. Toss with sesame oil and set aside. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, except bean sprouts, green onions and reserved noodles. Cook 2-3 minutes more, or until ingredients are well heated through. Mix in the reserved noodles, bean sprouts and green onions. Heat the noodles through and serve.
