Method

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and allow flavours to meld in the fridge for 30 minutes. Divide the lettuce between 4 martini or other decorative glasses. Hook 8 prawns on the rim of each glass. Divide and spoon the salsa into the centre of the glass; garnish with lime wedges and taco chips and serve.
