Method

  1. Combine salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Place the halibut in a parchment paper-lined 13” x 9” baking pan.
  3. Combine cumin, chili powder, oregano and cayenne in a small bowl, and then sprinkle on the fish. Now drizzle the fish with 2 Tbsp. orange juice and 1 Tbsp. lime juice. Season the fish with salt. Bake the halibut for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. While the fish cooks, divide and arrange salad greens on one side of each of 4 plates. Divide and top the greens with oranges, radishes, cilantro and avocado.
  5. When cooked, set a piece of halibut on the other side of each plate. Drizzle salad with the dressing, and serve.
