Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, oil, cumin and chili powder in a bowl. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
Cool mixture to room temperature, and then place in a clean bowl. Mix in the cilantro, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and salt. Cover and refrigerate salsa until ready to serve. Can be made a few hours before needed.
