Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse the salmon with cold water and pat dry. Cut off the fins and tail and discard. Make several 1/2" deep slits on one side of the fish.
Place the salmon, cut side up, on a large, non-stick baking sheet or roasting pan. Combine the remaining ingredients, except lime slices, in a bowl. Brush some of this mixture into the cavity of the fish. Brush the remaining mixture over the fish. Roast the salmon, basting several times with the glaze mixture that drips into the bottom of the pan, for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer the salmon to a platter, spoon the pan juices over the fish, garnish with lime slices, and serve.
