Use a small spoon to remove the seeds from the centre of each cucumber half. Slice cucumbers into 1/4-inch thick slices and place in a bowl. Toss in the salt. Cover and let the cucumber stand for 1 hour. Drain excess water from the cucumber. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over the cucumbers and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
