Method

Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water until firm tender. Drain well, cool in ice-cold water, and then drain well again. Place in a large bowl and then add remaining ingredients. Gently toss to combine. Keep well-chilled until ready to serve.

Note: Scallops can be boiled or steamed. Cook 1-2 minutes. Cool well before adding to the salad.
