Method

Spread one side of the tortillas with cream cheese. Sprinkle cream cheese with cumin and cilantro. Make rows of shrimp, salsa and avocado down the centre of the tortillas. Roll them into tight cylinders. Set rolls on a tray and cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Slices into rounds and arrange on a tray. Serve extra salsa alongside for dipping, if desired.
