Method

Spread one side of each tortilla with mayonnaise. Divide and arrange all remaining ingredients in rows down the centre of each tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla partially over the filling and then roll up. Cut in half at a slight angle and arrange on plates. Serve the additional salsa alongside for dipping, if desired.
