Method

Place the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and beat until well combined and light. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate the spread until needed. Can be made a day in advance of serving.

Serving Suggestions

You could serve this spread on crackers or sliced baguette, or make homemade crostini to slather it on. To do the latter, set an oven rack six inches below your oven’s broiler. Preheat the broiler to high. Set thin slices of baguette on a baking sheet. Lightly brush them with olive oil. Broil the bread until lightly toasted, and the crostini are ready.
