Method

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Mix in the celery, green onion, red pepper and salmon. Place two living lettuce leaves on each of 4 dinner plates. Divide and mound the smoked salmon salad into the centre of each leaf. Garnish with lemon and dill.

Serving Suggestions

A few crisp, raw vegetables, such as carrot or bell pepper sticks, sliced cucumber, and whole or halved radishes, would go nicely with this main-course salad.
