Preheat oven 325 degrees F. Make a glaze by combining all ingredients, except ham, in a small bowl.
Trim ham of any tough outer skin and excess fat. Score top of ham, making cuts 1 inch apart and 1/4 inch deep, in a diamond pattern. Brush a quarter of the glaze mixture over the ham. Bake ham, brushing it with the remaining glaze a few times, until heated through and nicely glazed. About 90 minutes.
