Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients, except tzatziki, in a bowl. Moisten your hands lightly with cold water, and then roll the meatball mixture into small 1 1/2” balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Arrange meatballs in a dish and serve with the tzatziki for dipping.

Serving Suggestions

You can serve these meatballs as an appetizer, or create a buffet-style meal of them by serving them with a few other dishes. If you choose the latter, items that you could serve alongside the meatballs and tzatziki include the hummus, pita bread, olives, dolmades and Greek Salad you can purchase, ready-to-eat, in our deli department.
