Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Pour in enough of the pasta sauce to lightly cover the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut each lasagna sheet in half widthwise. Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture in a row at one end of each piece of pasta. Roll each piece of pasta into a cylinder shape. Set the cannelloni in a single layer in the baking dish. Top with the remaining pasta sauce. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, and bake for 10 minutes more, or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly.
