Method

Mound an equal amount of spinach on four salad plates. Top with mango slices and almonds. Drizzle with dressing and serve.

Note: To toast almonds, place in a single layer in a small baking pan. Bake in a 300 degree F oven for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
