  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Place the crab in a baking dish, add a skim of water or white wine, and cover with foil.  
  2. Brush the steaks with the olive oil; season with the rosemary, salt and pepper. Preheat an indoor grill or barbecue to medium-high. 
  3. Set crab in the oven and bake 15 minutes, or until heated through. When crab has been heating 7 minutes, grill the steaks to the desired doneness, allowing 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare to medium-rare, and 3 to 4 minutes for medium. 
  4.  Divide the steaks and crab among 2 plates. Garnish crab with lemon and, if desired, serve with melted butter for dipping.
