Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place the butter and garlic in a skillet and set over medium-low. When the butter is melted, add the shrimp, lemon juice, garlic and hot pepper sauce. While the shrimp heat through, grill the steaks to the desired doneness, allowing 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare to medium-rare, or 3 to 4 minutes for medium. Top the steaks with an equal amount of the shrimp mixture and serve.
