Method

Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place the butter and garlic in a skillet and set over medium-low. When the butter is melted, add the shrimp, lemon juice, garlic and hot pepper sauce. While the shrimp heat through, grill the steaks to the desired doneness, allowing 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare to medium-rare, or 3 to 4 minutes for medium. Top the steaks with an equal amount of the shrimp mixture and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Consider serving this entrée steakhouse-style with the addition of a baked potato and a vegetable such as steamed green beans. Top the potato with sour cream, chopped green onions, bacon bits, and sautéed mushrooms. Toss the beans with toasted almonds and touch of melted butter.
