Make mango puree by placing the chopped mango and the orange liqueur and juice in a blender. Puree until smooth and then transfer to a bowl.
Place the ice, strawberries, tequila, lime juice and sugar in the blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into chilled serving glasses. Spoon and swirl some mango puree into each drink. Garnish each drink with a whole strawberry and lime wedge. Serve immediately.
