Method

Place all the ingredients in large bowl and very gently toss to combine. Cover and let the fruit macerate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Serve the compote over your favourite brand of premium vanilla ice cream.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this colourful compote on, or alongside, some of the fine desserts sold in our bakery department, such as cheesecake, mousse cake or angle food cake. The compote is also good spooned over vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
