Place the cream cheese in a bowl and beat until smooth. Mix in the mayonnaise, garlic and hot sauce. Now mix in the crab, salmon, chopped dill, salt, white pepper and lemon juice. Spread baguette rounds with cream cheese mixture and place on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Decorate top with shrimp, then sprinkle with the cheese. (Can be made to this point several hours in advance; store in the fridge until ready to bake.) Bake in a preheated 425 degree F oven 10-12 minutes. Arrange on a platter, garnish each with a dill or parsley sprig and serve.
