- Place ingredients in a small pot and whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- When simmering, remove pot from heat and with an immersion (hand) blender, whirl the mixture until foamy on top. If you don’t have an immersion blender, you could very, very vigorously whip the turmeric mixture with a whisk in the pot until foamy.
- Divide and pour turmeric latte between two cups, holding back some of the foam with a spoon when pouring. Now top each latte with that foam. If desired, top each latte with a tiny sprinkle of turmeric powder, just before serving.
Note: Coconut beverage is sold in the aisle rice, soy and almond beverage are sold. Don’t confuse it with thicker canned coconut milk, or thinner canned coconut water. If desired, soy, rice or almond beverage could be used to make this latte.
