Method

Place the first 11 ingredients in a pot and bring to a gentle simmer. Simmer 5-8 minutes. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and return to a simmer. Stir in the tofu and heat through 1-2 minutes. Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with green onions and serve
