Cook the pasta in a large of pot of boiling, lightly salted water until just tender. While it cooks, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, carrot and garlic and cook 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook just until the vegetables are just tender, about 4-5 minutes. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add it and 1/2 cup of its cooking liquid to the skillet. Gently toss; serve immediately.
