Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until well combined and lightened. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Place the flour, baking soda and cinnamon in another bowl and whisk to combine; mix into the butter/sugar mixture. Mix in the pecans and cranberries. With slightly, cold water dampened hands, roll the dough into 11/2" balls. Place them on the baking sheets, spacing each ball 2" to 3" apart. Press the balls into 1/4" thick discs. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
