How to Make Herbed Salt

Homemade salt with herbs is a great way to enjoy the flavour of your favourite herbs year-round.

Step 1:

Using a very sharp knife, finely chop 2 Tbsp. of your desired herbs (be sure to remove all stems).

Step 2:

Chop in 1 Tbsp. of kosher or sea salt, the mixture will be damp.

Step 3:

Chop in an additional 1 Tbsp. of the same type of salt until the herbs and salt are evenly combined.

Step 4:

Place on a plate and let dry overnight. Store in a sealed container for approximately 6 months.
