Step 1:

Combine 1 1/2 cups yogurt, 1 tsp. finely grated tangerine zest, and 1/4 cup honey in a bowl. Whisk in 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed tangerine juice (see Note). Pour mixture into a large freezer bag, seal, set flat on a plate and freeze.

Step 2:

Break up the frozen juice/yogurt mixture into small chunks and put it in a food processor. Pulse until very smooth. Quickly transfer mixture to a loaf pan (see Note). Cover and freeze until mixture is set, or until ready to serve.

Step 3:

When to ready serve, let tangerine frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, until soft enough to scoop. Scoop in bowls and enjoy.

Note: You’ll need 6 to 9 tangerines, depending on size, to get the amount of juice needed to make the frozen yogurt. The juice/yogurt mixture could also be frozen in ice pop moulds.
