How to Stuff a Strawberry

These easy-to-make treats are perfect for a summer party or picnic.

Step 1:

Trim pointed end of strawberry so it will stand, stem-side up.

Step 2:

Use a small melon baller or tiny spoon to remove the stem from the strawberry, creating a ½" deep well.

Step 3:

Using a piping bag or a small spoon, put desired filling into the strawberry. The possibilities include goat cheese, mascarpone, Gorgonzola cheese and crème fraiche.

Step 4:

Top filling with chopped nuts, such as pistachios. Refrigerate strawberries until ready to serve.
