DIY Candy Cane White Chocolate Lollipops

Need something to shine at a cookie exchange or a sweet gesture for your co-workers or neighbours? These White Chocolate Candy Cane Lollipops taste amazing & make excellent stir sticks for coffee or hot chocolate!

What you need:

  • White Chocolate Wafers
  • Mini Candy Canes (2 per lollipop plus extra for garnish)
  • Zip Top Bags
  • Rolling Pin
  • Ribbon

Step 1:

Heat oven to 300 F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and unwrap candy canes. Place 2 candy canes in a heart shape on the baking sheet and place lollipop stick between so that both ends of each candy cane are touching the stick.

Step 2:

Put in oven for 5 minutes making sure to keep an eye on them so they don't melt and spread. Once candy canes are pliable, take out of the oven and gently squeeze the ends of the canes to the stick.

Step 3:

Melt white chocolate over a double boiler and using a teaspoon, fill in the heart while still on the baking sheet.

Step 4:

Crush candy canes in a plastic zip top bag with a rolling pin to garnish on top of the melted chocolate.

Step 5:

Wrap in a clear cellophane bag and tie with ribbon.
