For an easy dessert that recalls s’mores, preheat the oven to 77˚C (170˚F) – some ovens are marked at 79˚C (175˚F). Mix together brownies chopped into small pieces (¾ cup/175 mL), crumbled graham crackers (1/3 cup/75 mL) and 2 tbsp (30 mL) chocolate chips. Use vegan ingredients, if preferred. Divide mixture into 4 ramekins (1/2 cup/125 mL). Spoon 3 rounded tablespoons (45 mL +) Aquafaba Vegan Topping (see recipe) overtop, spreading to edges. Place ramekins on baking sheet. Bake 20 min. The aquafaba remains white, but sets slightly. Dust with pinch of cocoa powder. Serve desserts warm.
