3 Ways to Use Aquafaba Vegan Topping
Make the Aquafaba Vegan Topping recipe, then try these 3 ways to enjoy it.

Step 1

For an easy dessert that recalls s’mores, preheat the oven to 77˚C (170˚F) –  some ovens are marked at 79˚C (175˚F). Mix together brownies chopped into small pieces (¾ cup/175 mL), crumbled graham crackers (1/3 cup/75 mL) and 2 tbsp (30 mL) chocolate chips. Use vegan ingredients, if preferred. Divide mixture into 4 ramekins (1/2 cup/125 mL). Spoon 3 rounded tablespoons  (45 mL +) Aquafaba Vegan Topping (see recipe) overtop, spreading to edges. Place ramekins on baking sheet. Bake 20 min. The aquafaba remains white, but sets slightly. Dust with pinch of cocoa powder. Serve desserts warm.

Step 2

Spoon Aquafaba Vegan Topping onto hot drinks such as coffee for a fancy finish. The heat from the beverages will not harm the fluffy peaks. The drinks can even be reheated in the microwave.

Step 3

When you want something sweet and creamy on fresh berries or a slice of cake, but don’t want dairy-based whipped creams, add a snowy dollop of Aquafaba Vegan Topping instead.
