Four inspiring ways to use our Deli salads!

Greek-style Dinner

For each meal, set 1 cup of Greek Orzo Pasta Salad on a plate. Top with a grilled kabob (kabobs are sold in our Meat and Seafood Departments). Set wedges of pita bread, tzatziki and/or hummus, lemon slices and cherry tomatoes on the plate.

Thai-style Dinner

For each meal, mound cooked, cold rice noodles flavoured with sesame oil in a shallow bowl. Top the noodles with 1 cup of Thai Broccoli Peanut Crunch Salad. Top salad with a grilled salmon steak or fillet. Drizzle with sweet Thai chili sauce, garnish with cilantro sprigs and lime slices.

Ancient Whole Grain Salad and BBQ Chicken Dinner

For each meal, set 1 cup of Ancient Whole Grain Salad on a plate. Top the salad with few pieces of warm Deli BBQ chicken and some crumbled feta or goat cheese. Drizzle the chicken with your favourite barbecue sauce, warmed.

Chickpea Mango Wraps

For each wrap, spread 3/4 cup of Chickpeas with Coconut and Mango Curry Dressing down the centre of a tortilla. Top the chickpeas with ½ cup cooked, cold rice and a few salad greens. Fold over the sides of each tortilla and then tightly roll into a closed cylinder. Slice wrap in half and serve with chutney and yogurt, for dipping.
