Italian Chicken Dinner with Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower

For each meal, set some pasta and a quarter of a warmed Whole Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower, separated into florets, on one side of a plate. Spoon some hot tomato pasta sauce, such as marinara, on the other side. Set a pan-seared or grilled chicken breast on the sauce. Top chicken with pesto and serve.

Steak Rambler Dinner

For each meal, arrange 11/2 cups or so of warmed Rosemary Potato Bacon Rambler on one side of a plate. Set a top sirloin or other tender beef steak, rubbed with olive oil and your favourite steak rub and grilled or seared, on the other side. Serve with a dollop of horseradish or aioli.

Lamb Chops with Mango Yam Curry

For each meal, spread cooked quinoa or couscous, to taste, on a plate. Top with 1 cup or so of warmed Mango Yam Curry. Top it with 2 or 3 grilled or seared lamb chops, seasoned with salt and pepper and desired spices. Serve with papadams or naan and chutney.

Prawns with Pineapple Curry Squash

For each meal, spread cooked rice, to taste, on a plate and topped with wilted kale or spinach. Spoon on 1 cup or so of warmed Pineapple Curry Squash. Now top with some prawns cooked in Indian cooking sauce, such as korma or tikka masala, and a sprinkle of sliced almonds.

Pork Chops with Apple, Carrot, Brussels, Sprouts and Bacon

For each meal, arrange 11/2 cups or so of warmed Apple, Carrot, Brussels Sprouts and Bacon on one side of a plate. Set 2 boneless pork loin chops, grilled or seared and seasoned with salt and pepper and desired spices, on the other side. Top the pork with a few toasted walnuts and, if desired, nuggets of blue cheese. Also serve with a dollop of Dijon mustard and a few cooked beets.

Rib Dinner with Buffalo Cauliflower and Broccoli

For each meal, arrange 1 1/2 cups or so of warmed Buffalo Cauliflower and Broccoli on one side of a plate. Set half a rack of warmed Thrifty Kitchens pork backs ribs, or Deli BBQ chicken, on the other side. Serve with pickles, butter flake rolls and a bowl of blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Salmon Dinner with Confetti Quinoa

For each meal, spread 1 cup or so of warmed Confetti Quinoa with Sesame Seeds and Tahini on a plate. Top the quinoa with a baked or grilled salmon fillet. Top the salmon with a dollop of harissa or drizzle of balsamic crema. Accent the meal with such things as olives, roasted peppers and artichokes.
