Step 1:

Start by choosing your base. Need a few ideas? Try lettuce, kale, chard, collards, arugula, spinach, pea shoots or cabbage.

Step 2:

Add something crunchy like carrots, sprouts, cucumber, croutons, zucchini, bell pepper, apple or your favourite seeds.

Add something soft like roasted sweet potatoes, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, rice or olives.
