How to Make Roasted Bacon

Making a breakfast for a crowd? Free up stovetop space by cooking the bacon in the oven.

Step 1:

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bacon in a single layer, not overlapping.

Step 2:

Set pan in the oven. Set temperature to 400˚F. No need to preheat oven! Having the oven temperature slowly rise will prevent bacon from overly shrinking. Roast 18 minutes, or until bacon achieves the desired crispness.

Drain the bacon well on paper towels, and then serve with your other breakfast items.
