Bananas and cocoa give your plain-Jane oatmeal an easy flavor makeover while packing a nutritional punch to your breakfast.

Step 1:
Make 2 servings of oatmeal according to package directions. Slice half a banana onto the pot of simmering oatmeal. Stir to let banana soften and cook down into the oats.

Step 2:
Don’t shake the spoon, tap the handle for an even sprinkling of cocoa.

Step 3:
Slice the other half of the banana on top and breakfast is served!
