How to Use and Store Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is great for sautéing, baking & enhancing your favourite recipe.

  1. STORE at room temperature, it will turn to liquid at temperatures above 26˚C. 
  2. REPLACE 1 part shortening with ¾ part coconut oil. 
  3. HEAT IT UP virgin coconut oil has a medium smoke point of 177˚C (350˚F) making it a great choice when sauteing or baking.
