How to Use and Store Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is great for sautéing, baking & enhancing your favourite recipe.
- STORE at room temperature, it will turn
to liquid at temperatures above 26˚C.
- REPLACE 1 part shortening
with ¾ part coconut oil.
- HEAT IT UP virgin coconut oil has a medium
smoke point of 177˚C (350˚F) making it
a great choice when sauteing or baking.
